During an active project, my clients have priority access to me via phone, Slack, or email (Mon–Fri, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM). Because I strictly take on only one project at a time, you have my undivided attention during this phase.
Categorically not. Templates are a solution for early-stage startups, not established companies. Every one of my projects is custom-built on my proprietary FLO framework. This guarantees bespoke design, 100% visual consistency across hundreds of pages, and a system your in-house team can learn in 45 minutes. No code bloat, no vendor lock-in.
No. I do not patch other people’s construction sites. A high-performance, scalable system requires a clean core architecture. If your current site is a chaotic web of patched-together CSS classes, a clean rebuild using my FLO framework will always be more cost-effective and efficient in the long run than trying to fix spaghetti code.
There are two types of SEO: technical and content-driven.
Technical SEO is hardwired into my FLO architecture. This means perfect semantic HTML, lightning-fast load times, clean schema markup, and accessibility from day one.
For content-driven SEO, I offer strategic, AI-assisted copywriting.
If you choose to write the copy yourself, I strongly advise against using industry-standard buzzwords (the "Lorem Ipsum of the 2020s"). Google (and your prospects) see right through empty corporate speak. Technical perfection cannot compensate for poor content.
The first step is always an evaluation call to ensure we are a strategic fit. If we proceed with a full project (e.g., the Marketing Powerhouse package), I simply need your brand assets (logo, brand guidelines) and access to your decision-makers to define your business objectives. I handle the rest—from information architecture to copywriting. If you require branding too, I basically need you company name and we will discuss the rest in our call.
Note: If you have an in-house design team providing the UI (e.g., via Figma), those assets must be finalized. Scope creep caused by unfinished layouts disrupts the exclusive timeline and will not be accommodated.
