Privacy Policy
1. No Tracking Cookies
I do not use Google Analytics or any Google integration. I do not use Facebook Pixels. I do not use LinkedIn Insight Tags. This means I do not drop cookies on your device to follow you around the internet.
2. Analytics (The Good Kind)
I use Plausible Analytics to see how many people visit the site and which pages they look at.
- Plausible is privacy-focused and GDPR compliant by default.
- It does not use cookies.
- It does not collect personal data.
- It does not track you across devices.
- It creates a random string for a single day to count unique visitors, but it cannot identify you specifically.
Basically, I know that someone visited the Pricing page, but I have no idea if it was you, your boss, or my mother-in-law.
3. Personal Data (What I actually collect)
I only collect data that you voluntarily give me.
- If you send me an email, I have your email address.
- If you call me, I see your phone number.
- If you book a call via Calendly, you provide your details there.
How I use this data: I use it to reply to you. That’s it. I don’t build email lists to spam you with newsletters about "annual plans with a 30% discount." I don’t sell your contact info to third parties.
4. Third-Party Services
This site is hosted on Webflow.
- Webflow uses a CDN (Content Delivery Network) to make the site load fast.
- They log basic server data (like your IP address) for security purposes (to prevent DDoS attacks). This is standard for every website on earth and is considered a "Legitimate Interest" under GDPR.
5. Your Rights (GDPR)
You have the right to ask me what data I have on you (answer: probably just an email thread). You have the right to ask me to delete it.
If you want to exercise these rights, or just want to say hi, email me at: ben@benlocsei.design
Last Updated: 2026. Still not tracking you.
